Puget Sound Yacht Club

Location

Puget Sound Yacht Club is located on the north shore of Lake Union, east of the Ship Canal bridge, west of the I-5 bridge, east of Gasworks Park, and adjacent to Dunato's Boatyard.  Beware the tree stump on approach to the reciprocal moorage. The guest float is on the main east/west float approached from the west side. There is 60 feet of dock space at the end of the dock on the east side.  Other slips may be available, check with the dockmaster.  Do not raft on the reciprocal dock since it blocks the access to the boatyard.

Length of Stay

Two days at no charge.  Maximum of 2 boats concurrently visiting from any one YC.  You can stay an additional two days at a rate of $0.25/foot/day.  Check out time is 1300.  Maximum of 4 days in any 4 month period and a total of 12 days/calendar year.

Procedures

Please register with the dockmaster or deposit a registration card in the PSYC box on the outside wall of the storage shed. Contact dockmaster, Buff Hansen aboard  s/v Midnight Sun (54' S/V), (206) 547-2433 for toilet and shower facility access. The gate combination can be found in the registration envelopes in the Kiosk.

Amenities

Water. 30A Power is $3 a day. Ice.  Restrooms.  Showers.  Guests are welcome to use the deck area on the 2nd floor of the clubhouse.  There is an ice machine located in the room behind the kiosk.  Please use the ice sparingly and secure the door when leaving.
