Hat Island Yacht Club

Location

Hat Island Yacht Club is not located on Hat Island near Anacortes.

Instead, Hat Island Yacht Club is located on Gedney Island, near Everett.  Gedney Island is locally known as "Hat Island".  The Yacht Club is located near the ferry dock.

Length of Stay

Moorage is limited to 48 hours.  Forty feet of dock space is available free of charge, but reservations are required.

Amenities

Hat (Gendey) Island is a private island without commercial ventures such as restaurants.   The club has a shower and restrooms available if a club member is available.  A nine hole golf course (1 mile walk) with a green fee of $10.00 and a tennis court (no charge- 1/4 mile walk) are available on the island also.  Power on the docks is 30 amps.  Please fly your club burgee and respect the directives of the harbormaster as final.  The club has no garbage facilities and the club soda pop machine is the only commercial venture there.  Please take your trash with you.  Remember, the island is private property so stay within the marina area or golf course.
